Every tool below is built and operated independently by Bad Marine LLC — none is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the State of Nebraska, the Legislature, the Capitol Commission, the Nebraska Department of Transportation, or any other state agency.

This tool makes that legal obligation easy to complete at the roadside — mobile-first, with a map, VIN auto-decode, and a built-in crash diagram. Your own mail app sends the report; nothing is stored by us.
