Mobile Driver Report

File your Nebraska motor-vehicle crash report from your phone, at the roadside.

Nebraska requires drivers involved in a crash to file a report themselves when no officer investigates the scene — but the state's own online form was built for a desktop browser and a mouse. Mobile Driver Report is a free, independent tool built the other way around: touch-friendly from the first screen, with a map to pin your location, VIN auto-decode, a built-in crash-scene diagram, and a report that goes out from your own phone.

Independent — not a Nebraska DOT product

Mobile Driver Report is built and operated independently by Bad Marine LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Nebraska Department of Transportation or any other state agency. It's a public-service tool built to make an existing legal obligation easier to complete on a phone — nothing more.

What it does

One guided workflow, built for a phone in one hand at the roadside:

Where your report actually goes

Everything runs on your device — the form, the diagram, the photo processing. Nothing is sent to or stored on a Bad Marine LLC server at any point. When you're done, your device sends the finished report — a completed crash-report PDF plus the state's own data format — directly from your phone, the same way you'd send any file or email, straight to the same crash-report inbox Nebraska already accepts driver-submitted reports through. If your device can't send files directly, it walks you through emailing it in instead. Either way, the report leaves your hands complete and correctly formatted — you're not typing the same information twice.

Private by design

Mobile Driver Report has no backend of its own. Your answers, photos, and diagram exist only in your open browser tab for the length of the session, and are cleared once the report is submitted or you leave. Nothing you type is collected, sold, or stored by Bad Marine LLC.
